Tip the maitre d' well and take a seat. Order a glass of water. Drink the water. Tip the waiters, busboy, and staff lavishly, then leave.

Put on a very distinctive piece of clothing, such as a bright yellow hat. Get on a tram or bus with a circular route. Ride the entire route and then get off at the same stop you got on. Do this every day until you are sure that the public transportation staff have noticed. On the next day, give a driver a bouquet of roses and thank them.
